Melissa has been a dedicated veterinary technician since graduating from the St. Lawrence College Technician Program in 2011. With over a decade of experience and a genuine love for animals, she brings compassion, knowledge, and a steady hand to every patient she cares for. She joined the Hillcrest team in 2024 and has been a valued member ever since.
At home, Melissa shares her life with her husband, their two beloved cats, Naked and Karma, and their dog Bruce—who occasionally lends a paw by donating blood to pets in need at the clinic.
What Melissa loves most about veterinary medicine is the opportunity to educate clients on how to best care for their pets—empowering them to make informed, compassionate choices. At Hillcrest, she especially appreciates being part of a hardworking, dedicated team that shares her passion for animal health and well-being.
